Bratney Companies offers a full-service test laboratory that allows us to evaluate your product and make recommendations to achieve your goals.
This testing is done for new equipment or processing lines where you want to optimize your investment. We also test on existing equipment that needs new screens, decks for different seeds and commodities, or research and development for new applications.
This laboratory contains cleaning, sizing, grading and density processing equipment consisting of the following:

Cimbria Heid Gravity Table for density separation
Cimbria Heid Length Grader with more than 46 shell sizes
Cimbria Heid Centri-coater chemical applicator
Fractionating Aspirator
Ro-tap sieve analysis
Precision Sizer
200+ perforated metal, square and oblong wire mesh screens (all sizes available in our screen manufacturing department).
We invite you to come to our facility to test your product free of charge, or send a sample (usually one cubic foot) and inform us of your specifications and performance requirements.
In addition to the Bratney test laboratory we also have exclusive access to full scale testing at our Austria facility and at our 7,000 metric ton test silo in Denmark. These facilities allow us to demonstrate real-life capacities and performance to help select the processing equipment that meets your performance criteria.
