Bratney was selected to complete a turn-key oat processing and packaging facility to produce groats, steam rolled oat groats, rolled oats flour and ground oat hulls for use in a variety of animal feeds. The facility was designed to receive whole oats at 5,000 bushels per hour with a processing capacity of 20,000 pounds per hour.
