Job Details
The Service Dispatcher/Coordinator will provide support for Bratney Companies' Service department. This is a support position; providing assistance to Service Manager and Technicians who service and maintain industrial equipment the grain, feed, seed, nut, food, and specialty commodity industries. The primary focus of the Service Dispatcher/Coordinator will be working together with entire Service team to ensure a seamless customer experience. |
Duties & Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities

· Outfit technicians with parts, tools, etc. needed to perform service calls.
· Schedule and coordinate service calls with customers and service technicians.
· Coordinate and communicate services performed with customers.
· Handle customer’s incoming calls and provide assistance with issues through team collaboration.
· Assist with quoting to customers.
· Review and enter technician timesheets and expense reports to company ERP system.
· Update and maintain company’s service ticketing software.
· Prepare service calls for billing as well as handle assistance with invoice collections.
· Maintain a focus on quality internal and external customer service and team collaboration.

Education / Experience
- Prior experience in an administrative, accounting, service, or sales support role.
- Skilled in the use of basic computer software and web/mobile applications to accomplish daily tasks.
- College degree or equivalent industry experience is preferred.
- Experience in the seed, grain, or food industry, or other agriculture-related experience is preferred but not required.

- Background screening including previous employment, education, and criminal history.
- Occasionally required to climb up/down ladders.
- Occasionally required to lift items up to 45 lbs.
- Occasionally required to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
