Schule Table Separator
Table separators are particularly successful at separating different materials of similar shape and weight more precisely than other conventional separators. Apart from separating hulled and unhulled product, the table separator is also used to separate foreign seeds or cereals with insect damage. The Schule Table Separator was invented in 1892 by Friedrich Herman Schule and is still unsurpassed in quality and sorting capacity.
Schule Table Separator Features
- Electronic drive for balanced acceleration and deceleration of the separation table
- Adjustable slide feeds all compartments
- Three-point stoke adjustment
- Precise adjustment of table angle
- Electronic speed control
- Stainless steel contact parts
- Capacity:
- paddy rice: up to 12,000 lbs/hr (5,400 kg/hr)
- oats: up to 8,800 lbs/hr (4,000 kg/hr)
Schule Table Separator Benefits
- Stackable decks reduce footprint in the mill
- Supporting guide rollers provide vibration free operation
- Easy to maintain and operate
- Precise sorting
- Intensive aspiration due to 2 aspiration connections
- Very few adjustments required after Initial machine setup
- Minimal air requirement (aspiration) reduces energy consumption

Schule High-Capacity Closed Circuit Husk Separator
The Schule husk separator offers a high degree of separation of light fractions from heavy fractions, particularly for legumes, rice, oats, and other grains. The husk separator operates by means of a crossflow fan that circulates air flow and separates particles by three possible fractions: light, medium, and heavy.
Schule High-Capacity Closed Circuit Husk Separator Features
- Adjustable air flap for precise control of separation
- Distribution screw for uniform dispersion of product into separation chamber
- Crossflow fan for continuous circulation
- Sort into two or three fractions: light and heavy or light, medium, and heavy
- Inspection window to observe process with Illuminated separation chamber
Schule High-Capacity Closed Circuit Husk Separator Benefits
- High degree of separation
- Efficient operation due to recirculating air operation
- Can be used for many applications
Material Types
- Rice
- Oats
- Barley
