Automatic form, fill and seal bagging machines produce durable, weather-resistant bags from tubular polyethylene reels. FFS baggers are ideal for operations requiring high-speed bagging for long production cycles. The FFS bagging machines are ideal for granular products, flakes, and powders and are commonly used in applications like chemicals, minerals, fertilizers, and cement. FFS bags can be made with side-gussets or as flat, pillow style bags and are only sealed at the top and bottom making them stronger than FFS bags produced from a film that has a third seal along the length of the bag.

The FFS-E is a high-speed form, fill and seal bagger capable of producing more than 2,000 bags per hour. It is designed to handle free-flowing products including pellets and granules in FFS bags ranging from 10 to 110 pounds.
