BoMill Grain Quality Separator
BoMill's patented grain quality sorting technology, utilizing the principals of NIR spectroscopy, makes it possible to analyze and identify each kernel in a batch of grain based on its composition and structure, and sort into quality certified fractions by protein percentage, kernel hardness, or by segregating fusarium (Mycotoxin, Vomitoxin, or DON) damaged kernels. The speed of a Tri-Q is fully compatible with the needs of industrial grain handling, delivering a sorting capacity of 3 metric tons per hour. Multiple units can be combined into higher capacity production systems.
